· Wave after Wave (improve social capital of youths through trending activities e.g. Hallyu Korean Wave)
· Life Circles (networking sessions)

DOTS dance off the streets
A series of workshops created to engage youths on the fringe(s), keeping them ‘off the streets’ through dance. Our goal? To promote physical and emotional well-being, foster positive social connections, and provide opportunities for self-expression for young people facing challenging life situations, stress, and trauma.
Using hip hop and creative movement as a medium of expression and a vehicle for engagement, we create an environment where youths can (re)connect with their bodies in a safe and non-threatening environment. Through the use of dance jams and battles as well as creative tasks, we create opportunities — micro-invitations — for participants to explore movement in creative and dynamic ways.

Evidence-based dance programmes have been shown to improve the functional health of participants and also lead to sustained improvement to psychosocial states. Studies have found that:
Dance can help young people boost their confidence, increase their life satisfaction, develop social skills and promote active and healthy lifestyles.
Dance for health is associated with a significant decrease in BMI and heart rate, leading to better cardiovascular health and weight loss.
Strong links with dance (e.g. street dance) with adolescent health, resilience and social capacity.
